Paul R. Vetter
Paul graduated in 1977 from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and subsequently earned his Professional Engineering license. He started his career as a field engineer/construction manager working approx. 2 years for a mechanical contractor and then joined the Telephone Company (Southwestern Bell/AT&T) where he has spent 35 years working in various Corporate Real Estate (CRE) management and leadership positions. These include project management, writing engineering and maintenance technical standards/practices/policies, managing insurance and risk programs, handling facility operations and maintenance and building engineering construction programs, and several management supervisory positions.
As CRE Director of Property Management he spent 12 years managing the delivery of facility services in over 36 million square feet of Corporate property spread throughout the Midwest, including telephone equipment, data center and administrative type facilities, with a budget of over $140M annually. Today he is CRE Director of Planning, Design and Construction covering the Texas/Central region of the United States with an annual construction budget of over $180M and actively involved in the design and construction of mission critical/technical space.
He is a Board Member of the Lone Star Chapter of 7×24 Exchange. His interest include family, church, travel and an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
